The location was perfect for exploring the nearby national park and experiencing the local culture. The hotel provided a comfortable and luxurious experience, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated their flexibility when I had to leave early, even receiving a refund. The meals were included and the food was delicious, offering a varied selection. The hotel also had great amenities, such as an indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness center, and a lovely beach area. I had a fantastic time here.

Food could have been better for a 4 star hotel. Some problems with hot water and noise from the laundry.

Smyrna balik restaurant is literally 500 ft away. Even the Adnan Menderes airport was not so far. Recommended base for a vacation in Kusadasi! 2 minutes away from guzelcamli national park.

The entertainment and drinks were not great. the bar closed too early and the drinks selection was limited.

The hotel was nice. Rooms very nice and clean. I would definitely go back again. Staff was very professional. I had to leave one day earlier and I got even a refund for that day. Maximum flexibility. Thumbs up!

poor internet connection: good coverage but slow connection. food was basic and no variety in the menu. For sure staff needs to learn English language as you may have trouble communicating with them. Nevertheless, i would recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The proximity to the national park was perfect, allowing me to easily explore and appreciate the beautiful nature. The hotel facilities were great, especially the very effective spa which was a great way to unwind and relax. being just a short distance away from the beach was a major plus. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, with one particular member at the front office who spoke excellent English and went out of their way to assist me.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and had a delightful experience. The decor was charming and festive, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the variety of food offered at every meal, with fresh salads and delicious local dishes. The location was great for exploring the nearby national park and taking long walks on the beach. The spa treatments were the cherry on top, and really helped us unwind and relax.

the language barrier made it difficult to communicate with some of the staff members. Finally, while our room was comfortable, it could have used a bit more natural light to brighten up the space.
